Founded by Blaire G. Hervey, an award winning, nationally recognized executive with experience at Salesforce, AWS, and ZoomInfo, HHLX was created to meet that need head-on. What began as a boutique consulting practice has evolved into a business ecosystem designed to embed excellence into every layer of an organization.
The name HHLX, inspired by the helix, symbolizes resilience, evolution, and expansion. Like DNA, it represents the core identity of who we are—and who we’re becoming. It reminds us that transformation isn’t linear—it’s layered, intentional, and always rising.
